WHICH CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT FOR PAYMENT?

You can pay with a credit card (UNICRE network) or Debit Card, however the latter only serves to pay the rental and is not valid and/or accepted for the deposit and/or deductible.

I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD, BUT THE FAMILY THAT ACCOMPANIES ME DOES, CAN I USE THIS CARD FOR PAYMENT?

Yes. However, the credit card holder will have to be added as an additional driver to the rental agreement and will have an associated cost. For more information, consult the table of additional coverage or contact Sunset rent a car.

WILL A DEPOSIT / DEDUCTIBLE BE PAID ON MY CREDIT CARD WHEN PICK-UP OF THE VEHICLE?

Yes, the fuel deposit is captivated, which varies depending on the selected Group. In the case of the deductible, the captivated amount varies according to the selected Group and Coverage. This amount is retained in the cardholder’s bank account until the end of the rental. However, there may be exceptions in some countries. Please check our General Rental Terms and Conditions for more details. Deposits and rentals paid in cash are reduced within Sunset rent a car.
