HOW CAN I START MY BOOKING?
After contacting Sunset rent a car, through the website or through one of the social networks, you will receive a response as soon as possible. You will be asked about the dates for your reservation, the category of vehicle you want, the coverage, the deductible and, if necessary, any extras to better accommodate your reservation. After confirmation and sending of the requested documentation, the availability of the reservation will be confirmed. All confirmations are made by email.
CAN I CHOOSE THE MODEL OR GET CONFIRMATION OF THE VEHICLE I WANT?
Sunset rent a car only confirms the car category and not the model. The vehicle model of each group is presented as a reference only. However, we will do our best to ensure that it is the characteristic model of the selected group.
WHAT DOCUMENTS DO YOU NEED TO PRESENT TO BOOK THE VEHICLE?
Passport or identification card (BI or CC) in force.
Driving license (valid).
Credit card in the name of the main driver.
IF I FORGOT THE IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS, CAN I RENT THE VEHICLE?
No, unfortunately, in this situation you will not be able to pick up the car and Sunset rent a car will not refund any amount that has already been paid.
CAN I BOOK A CAR WHEN I AM NOT THE HOLDER OF THE CREDIT CARD?
Yes, however, the credit card holder will have to be part of the contract as an additional driver (see Sunset rent a car General Terms and Conditions).
CAN I HIRE AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER?
Yes, you can hire up to two (2) additional drivers, however a one-time fee per driver applies. This option can be formalized both at the time of booking and at the pick-up station. All drivers are required to present valid documentation.
