HOW CAN I START MY BOOKING?

After contacting Sunset Rent a Car, either through the website or through one of the social networks, you will receive a reply as soon as possible. You will be asked about the dates of your booking, the category of car you want, the cover, the excess and if you need any extras to better accommodate your booking. After confirming and sending the requested documentation, the availability of the booking will be confirmed. All confirmations are made by email.

CAN I CHOOSE THE MODEL OR GET CONFIRMATION OF THE VEHICLE I WANT?

Sunset Rent a Car only confirms the category of car, not the model. The car model for each group is only given as a reference. However, we will endeavour to ensure that it is the model characteristic of the group selected.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO YOU NEED TO PRESENT TO BOOK THE VEHICLE?

Passport or identification card (BI or CC) in force.
Driving license (valid).
Credit card in the name of the main driver.

IF I FORGOT THE IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS, CAN I RENT THE VEHICLE?

No, unfortunately, in this situation you won’t be able to pick up the car, nor will Sunset Rent a Car refund any amount that has already been paid.

CAN I BOOK A CAR WHEN I AM NOT THE HOLDER OF THE CREDIT CARD?

Yes, however, the credit card holder must be part of the contract as an additional driver (see Sunset rent a car General Terms and Conditions).

CAN I HIRE AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER?

Yes, you can hire up to two (2) additional drivers, however a one-time fee per driver applies. This option can be formalized both at the time of booking and at the pick-up station. All drivers are required to present valid documentation.
